I’m out of Vietnam, which was a great experience even if they don’t allow access to Facebook. I was working on a project about Agent Orange. Attached are a few images that especially touch me. Little Ly, who was born with disabilities due to her grandfather’s exposure to Agent Orange while fighting in the North Vietnamese Army. Her mom also suffers from similar health problems. This highlights the disturbing aspect of Agent Orange, or more specifically, dioxin. Its effects are passed down genetically. The Vietnam war may have ended 35 years ago, but the effects of this toxin live on in both the Vietnamese people and many American veterans and their families.
