Last week, Photoville’s third annual exhibition of THE FENCE, opened in Brooklyn Bridge Park, NY. Printed on 1000 feet of photographic mesh, THE FENCE is a growing photographic installation curated to represent the work of 40 photographers.
Produced by United Photo Industries, this innovative and accessible way to view photography continues to expand to a new location each year, with 2014’s addition being The Atlanta BeltLine. Ed Kashi (VII) is proud to be included in both the Brooklyn and Atlanta exhibitions.
Kashi’s iPhone grid series, a visual diary representing the connectedness of daily life around the globe a was selected to be included in the “Streets” section. The Atlanta edition of THE FENCE will be unveiled in mid-July, and both Brooklyn and Atlanta will be on view through October 2014.
